One strip has 21 tablets. You should ask your gynecologist. Usually in endometriosis your doctor may have prescribed 'continuous use' for few months. In this case new pack should be started from next day after finishing current pack. But in case she has given it as cyclic method, after finishing the pack wait for 7 days then start new pack from 8th day
