The process of withdrawing medicine is gradual. You need to follow sleep hygiene properly. And gradually you will be able to sleep without medicine. It is always best to not take any kind of medicine during pregnancy but there is always risk benefit ratio which we should assess before taking any step regarding medication.
Next Steps
You should discuss your situation with and without medication with your psychiatrist.

Plz clarify what do you mean by seeing things
U cannot stop Medicine’s at once or that will further deteriorate ur sleep
Secondly, you are on two drugs for insomnia mini therapy is always better. In case you have difficulty sleeping without drugs there are drugs which are safer in pregnancy but aim should be always to remain drug free during pregnancy
