I am having so much hairfall abd dryness

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I am having so much of hairfall, dryness and splits..I recently visited dermatologist she gave Keratone oil and Radiex shampoo I used for 3 days but hairless didn't stopped...its increased more and hair also became too dry and splits .what to do ..give some suggestion that shampoo and oil are good for hair..
