If bodyache is mild ... Rest is best ...
If moderate to severe... Take Crocin 500 mg after meals 2-3 times as per need...( if not allergic to)

If persisting body ache.. get few investigation like CBC ESR, vit D3 vit B12 , calcium,blood sugar levels, Thyroid profile, urine examination done.
