I have extreme anxiety and panic dizziness Lightheasedness, muscle pain breathlessness tingling in my whole body keeping my mobile on right pocket of my pant. I fear and panic of something going wrong all the time if I had to pick up the phone from my right front pocket of my pant for some work or call.. It doesn't happen when I keep the phone in my back pocket.. I dont feel stressed and feel relaxed when I keep it in my pant back pocket or have to take it from there.. What is this happening iam unable to understand.. Am I going mad? Please help me overcome this issue

You are not going mad. First of all, if you are comfortable relaxed having it in the back pocket go ahead with that. Instead thinking of other things. Later take Psychologist help for overcoming those issues which are causing you stress and extremely level anxiety.
