Swrum creatinine of 1 is absolutely normal. Take adequate fluids. Lower back ache is usually muscular pain. Use external application like volini gel for pain relief. Avoid too much of pain killers. If they pain is persisting consult orthopedics/ neurosurgeon for disc problem. Get USG abdomen done to rule out any pathology.
