I am feeling too stressed mentally
I'm married have 1.5 years kid mother in law staying with us. she is too self hype person and i can't take it and another thing is I'm feeling when my husband or my lovable people those who are not giving priority to me in some situations i am really feeling depressed i don't know why. this we can cl as expectations behind it. But i dont want suffer because of this. please suggest what should i do. im getting angry too and at that point of time i am feeling like want to break something or  ready to commit anything

And all these things causing u stress that is coming out in ur behavior lik throwing things and all U need emotional care, so that this emotional stress can be coped up. u need certaincounseling session which will helpu in healing and will make understand the thinhs better.
