The feeling of anxiousness does bring about a lot of discomfort at times which physiological changes as well. However, along with medication you may start therapy to help manage with feeling of anxiousness. Therapy will help better understand the reason on feeling anxious, situations which makes us feel tensed, and how we can manage the same.

Hi.. need further history like duration of symptoms, duration of using medicines etc.. you will need an added benzodiazepine to reduce anxiety. Relaxation exercises can also help
