Hi Thanks for reaching out. For the past one month you have difficulty sleeping and you feel anxious all the time. You are not able to eat properly and you are overthinking. You are getting headache and you have slight fever. Based on what you have mentioned it sounds like you are feeling extremely anxious. High levels of stress and anxiety can affect the immune system and that could be the reason why you are having headache and fever. Consult a psychologist and talk about what is making you feel anxious and upset. If there is something on your mind talk about it with a psychologist. A psychologist will guide you on ways to manage anxiety and feel calm. When you feel calmer symptoms of headache and fever might reduce. If you are having headache and fever often consult a physician to rule out physical health symptoms. I suggest you consult a physician and explain about headache and fever and consult a psychologist for counselling sessions.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you’ve been feeling this way. The symptoms you're describing—difficulty sleeping, persistent anxiety, loss of appetite, headaches, and a general lack of interest in activities—could be related to various factors, including stress, emotional struggles, changes in your life circumstances, or even an underlying mental health condition such as anxiety or depression. It’s common for significant life changes or chronic stress to lead to physical symptoms like headaches and fatigue. It’s essential to address these feelings rather than dismiss them. Consider reaching out to a healthcare professional who can help evaluate your symptoms, provide a proper diagnosis, and suggest effective treatment options. In the meantime, try to practice self-care, such as maintaining a routine, engaging in calming activities, and ensuring you get adequate rest.

It seems to be anxiety with mild depression. It needs to be addressed asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be treated well with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively. It needs to be treated in a holistic approach for complete recovery. You need an expert psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.
