I am facing with back pain for two years
I hve been suffering from backpain & leg problems . On my MRI it is noted that mild diffuse posterior disc bulge is seen at l4-l5 & l5-S1 levels. No significant neural foraminal or spinal canal stenosis noted . Small cyst lesion (5*3mm) in the exiting nerve root at l5-S1 neural foramina on right Above mentioned are the MRI impression .. I done an ayurvedic kalari treatment for last 1yr.. now am practising yoga & trying to doing every yoga poses .. I think I had 95% cured .. is this situation completely (100%) cured ?? Is it possible for me to maintain a normal person healthy spine ?? I am not married .. is any problem arise for me for sexual contacts ?? Pls gave me a solution

As long as your core area that is your abdominal,back and pelvic muscles  are strong enough...you can lead a healthy and normal life.And if your pain has stopped radiating to the legs then it's a good sign of recovery

Hello, firstly I want to reassure you that this is a very common condition will not result in any permanent long term problem as long as you focus on maintaining an optimum weight, a good posture and strong back muscles. Physiotherapy and Yoga are the key.
