Swelling of feet is common with Cilnidipine. For mild swelling, do the following: 1. Raise your legs with pillows while sleeping. 2. During daytime, apply crepe bandage around the foot and calves, starting from below. 3. Do frequent walking. Do not sit idle for long. 4. Take less salt.
