Avoid all readymade drinks except ORS. Put yourself on a low carb, moderate protein diet. Many times fasting and pp sugar remain normal but insulin resistance persists. So check HbA1c and HOMA-IR and connect. Alternatively you can watch my video on YouTube.

Hi., I can understand your concern. Make sure you're drinking it slowly sip by sip. Take fruits and vegetables rich in water content. Check for TSH levels to know better
