Mild prostatomegaly with significant post void residual urine pre void vol 250 cc post void residue 50 cc. The prostate is mildly enlarged in size shape measures 5.0x3.3x3.9 cm Vol 35.9. Mild hepatomegaly with grade 1 fatty liver. HTN & DM since last 10 years, bilateral pedal edema since 7-8 years, bilateral knee joint pain since one year
