I am 37 years old. today morning, in empty stomach i had neem juice & immediately within 5 minutes i checked my blood sugar level. it shows as 65. and i checked online that its showing that i have low blood sugar. i am worried now

Hello........ Insulin takes time to release, five minute after having juice is almost equal to fasting blood glucose level.. And fasting blood glucose level can be 65 it's ok.. Moreover capillary blood don't give exact measure.. Venous blood sample is collected.. Go to lab and test if you want..
