No need to worry about it. The contents of Oxra S do not commonly cause drop in blood sugar if they are in normal range.

Taking Oxra-S 10/100 twice in one day by mistake is usually not dangerous in most patients. Do not take another extra dose today. Monitor your blood sugar if possible. Eat meals on time and stay well hydrated. If you feel symptoms like excess sweating, weakness, tremors, dizziness, or very low sugar, take something sweet and check sugar immediately.

Nothing will happen take your food on time and to be safe do a random finger prick test and if you feel drowsy or and sign of hypoglycaemia eat something sweet.
