Lower abdomen ultrasound report contains. Uterus : is anteverted with single G sac embedded within the decidualized endometrium. No fotel pole is noted. G SAC 7.5MM CORRESPONDS TO 5WK 5D. There is no perigestational bleed Os is closed. Cx length adequate. No adnexal mass seen. >> SINGLE INTRA UTERINE G SAC 5 WK 5 D What does this mean
