I always get headach after hair wash
Why I always get headache after 3-4 hours of hair wash. It's been 15 years and once headache starts it will continue upto 3 days. After having so many pain killers also pain only reduces but not vanishes. Pain will only go away totally after 3 days only.

Try changing your shampoo,  go for a natural shampoo.  You can go for a c.t. scan head to exclude any underlying problem.

It looks like you have some reaction to the sampoo or soap you are using.. but for duration of 3 days .. we need to rule out migraine . Also is headache one sided or both sides or head? Is it pulsating? Is there associated other symptoms like light intolerance or nausea ?
Next Steps
right now since your history is not available, take omez and pcm only as per prescription. no other drugs .
