Hysteroscopy for surgical abortion
I did a medical abortion with pills through consulting a doctor when I was 5 weeks pregnant and it didn't clear my uterus. Then the doctor asked me to repeat misoprostol again for as the remnants might clear up. But this time it didn't work at all. Now the doctor has advised me to get a hysteroscopy to clear out my uterus. It is really expensive and I dont understand why I need this? I can get a normal D & C with less money and it is highly effective as well. Can u please say is it mandatory to get hysteroscopy? The doctor said through this procedure my uterus will be totally unharmed and D &C procedure is harmful

If u want future pregnancies, it better to get hysteroscopic removal rather than blind d&c.hysteroscopy cost depends however u cannot compromise on your endometrium for high cost.
