Hypoxia night time
Is hypoxia seen only at night or during the day as well? I am asking because I feel at night I cannor sleep well but as soon a sit starts to be 4 or 5 am I sleep automatically, may be due to exhaustion

Increase your physical activity during the day, go to bed and rise at a fixed time, do not use screens atleast 90 minutes before your sleep time. Try to create a distraction free calm environment in your place of rest and sleep. If you continue to face the issue, consult a doctor.
