Asked for Female, 27 Years

I was detected hypothyroidism during my pregnancy. I took Thyroxin starting from 150 and at the end reduced to 75mg . After delivery it was reduced to 50mg. My TSH was 0.01 after three months of delivery. So was advised to stop medication. Blood test report done after a month of stoping medication shows T30.66 T4-3.92, TSH-9.75. please suggest me what has to been done. If I should start medication, then how much mg I should start with.? Or should I wait one month and test again.
