Hi ,
My blood reports says TSH of 4.510, so I consulted Endocrinologist ,he asked me to wait for 2 months as after repeating the test it will be decided if medication needed or not, so till the Tym I want to bring it to a normal level..please suggest things I should do.

Just wait for next report it is less than 5 so probably medicines will not be required physical exercise can help you.
