HELLO, I HAVE THYROID BUT AS MY STAPLE DIET IS CHAPATI SO I CONSUME.GLUTEN IS NOT TO CONSUME NOT DANGEROUS. IF SOME ALLERGY N TESTED ALL MOST ALL R ALLERGIC. SO HOW COME A PERSON LIVE. IF U CAN GO FOR IT.OK.
