I have hypothyrodism since last 4 years and as per doctor recommendation I am taking Thyronorm 75mcg medicine daily. Since these years my TSH level was within range but yesterday I did regular checkup of TSH level, where my TSH level 1.62 level above normal range. Also my BP 100/77 feeling little low, head spinning with weakness. Shall I continue with 75mcg Thyronorm or increase my dose.

Clarifications:
A TSH of 1.62 is not above normal, it is actually an ideal mid-range value for a patient on replacement therapy.
The symptoms of low BP and weakness are not related to hypothyroidism, especially if TSH is normal.
Advice:
Do not increase the dose of Thyronorm. 75 mcg seems appropriate.
The weakness and dizziness could be due to:
Slight dehydration
Low blood pressure naturally
Vitamin B12 or D deficiency
Skipping meals or anemia
Recommendations:
Maintain hydration and regular meals.
Check Hemoglobin, Vitamin B12, and Vitamin D3 levels.
Monitor BP regularly. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a physician for further evaluation.
Conclusion:
No dose change in Thyronorm is needed at this point. The symptoms are likely unrelated to thyroid control. Further evaluation for nutritional or cardiovascular causes is recommended.
