Hypothyrodism
I have hypothyrodism since last 4 years and as per doctor recommendation I am taking Thyronorm 75mcg medicine daily. Since these years my TSH level was within range but yesterday I did regular checkup of TSH level, where my TSH level 1.62 level above normal range. Also my BP 100/77 feeling little low, head spinning with weakness. Shall I continue with 75mcg Thyronorm or increase my dose.

Low b.p. could be because of hypothyroidism as well.Take fluids with electrolytes like coconut water, butter milk, electral powder 2 to 3 times daily in hot weather.
Avoid sitting with legs dangling below continuously for long time, spread legs in front while sitting for some time.
Lie down with legs elevated for some time.
