Hi Sneha, Hope you are doing good. When you are suffering from hypothyroidism it is said that you should avoid foods like soy,peanuts,cabbage,cauliflower,red cabbage,brussel sprouts.But these can be eaten occasionally as when you cook the veggies the sulphur that is known to be a hindrance remains in the pan and some of it gets evaporated hence a little sometimes would not be a problem.You can eat peanuts once or twice in a week and the same stands for soya.You can eat all the fruits...best is to avoid any processed and refined foods.
