Hyponatremia
Sir, I drink plenty of water a day. I'm not sure that I have hyponatremia or not. But, I have thirst. What are its symptoms? Can I deal it without medication and taking enough water that is 15 glass a day.

Excess water can cause hyponatremia. You can share reports. You seem like a person who probably has had blood tests.
