Hypoglycemia after 3hrs of food
I had low blood sugar after 3 hrs of food endocrinologist had prescribed to do 72 hrs fasting blood sugar test but I am fear is it safe 72 hrs fasting can cause severe hypoglycemia??

The test is done after admission to hospital. It is done under the supervision.when your blood goes down, a critical sample is taken and immediately after taking sample, dextrose infusion is given and you will be discharged from hospital. So dont worry and it is safe.
