Many causes of hypodontia, so first you do a radiographs and check the unerupted teeth position. If tooth impacted or embedded in bone than orthodontic treatment may gave help to eruption. If teeth missing in jaw than alignment is required for missing teeth. For missing teeth two fixed options first implants it is the best solution but in bridging grinding of healthy teeth. But implants is expensive treatment but it a best solution.
