Hypertrophic lichen planus

Hello doctor my friend having the chronic skin problem its called hypertrophic lichen planus on his both legs ite around 1 cm diameter and left leg is having 3 and right leg also having 3 patches kindly suggest does this have any trratment and its looking very hard kindly suggest
