I'm taking Metolar XR 25 for last 20 years. Maintained BP well but nowadays BP reaches 145/98 mmHg. Otherwise maintain 120/85 or 117/75 at different times. Please suggest suitable treatment if need to change medication.

What time do u have high BP recordings?..do u have any symptoms during that time?..if yes, u may need to increase dose Otherwise u may continue this
