Hello doctor I have hypertension problem bp checking time my bp getting high(94/150) ,normal my bp is 120/90 but now in my company they not give fitness certificate due to high bp so can you please suggest any medications .

Hello, Single reading of high BP does not mean you are hypertensive. You need at least 3 BP readings recorded on separate days and if they are high then we can label you hypertensive. Besides i need further information like your height weight family history and any tests if done for further advice. Consult online directly for the same Take care
