I’m struggling with college competitions and placements and not getting any job. Even though I’m on the same boat as many of my other friends, I can’t handle rejections anymore. I cry Very very very much and I’m losing mental stability now. I know talking to someone would help me but I don’t think anyone understands me around me. I also suffer with hypertension and extreme anxiety issues these days because I have this constant fear that I’m letting my mother and my whole family down.

I understand your situation. You seem to be suffering from adjustment problems with depressive as well as anxiety symptoms. However more clarity is needed regarding your problem. Information regarding your sleep, hunger, energy levels and concentration at whatever you do would be more helpful to decide on the severity of your condition. Don't worry it is not your fault, it is the hormonal fluctuations in your body which is taking a toll on your mental health. It is easily manageable with appropriate treatment, so that dysfunction due to the same can be reduced and your quality of life will improve. Some counselling sessions and if needed medical help might be useful for you. I would also be more than happy to help you with that if you are looking for online assistance. Discussions will be held confidential. You can directly consult with me through Practo as needed. Online chat consultation is available.

It sounds like there is a lot going on and that can be overwhelming at times. I would recommend seeking an appointment with a therapist. Therapists are trained to listen empathically, and help you navigate these challenges.
