Hypersensitive glans
Male/30 did circumcision in 2023 as i had phimosis my urologist advised to get circumcised but my glans are not healed it is still hypersensitive , recently i consulted dermatologist on first session i was prescribed with nevsoft cleansing lotion , dosetil 0.5% , hydroheal cream & primrose tablets for 10 days not even 1% healed , again on 2nd session i was prescribed with evertop ointment 2%, halovate & hydroheal still not even 1% healed , she said you dont have fungal infection its just your skin is damaged , there are cracks on penis head, very much dry skin , highly inflammed & red , couldnt bear to touch it turns red quickly due to which i suffer from premature ejaculation & my sex life is not so well coz of that. Please advise me i need to cure it before getting married.

Need more information and images for diagnosis There are some conditions which become worse after surgery so please take dermatologist opinion And if needed can do a skin biopsy to confirm your diagnosis Any such treatment with strong steroid creams will further harm your skin
