Hyperpigmentation on upper back area

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have darkening over my upper back area since the past 3-4 years. I consulted 2 dermatologists for the same who prescribed me tropical corticosteroids ointments and tubes Advin and O-bril foe months and there was not any improvement according to me. The darkened are sometimes very mildly itches too but its very much bearable. I am more concerned about the darkening though.
