HELLO DOCTOR, PLEASE HELP ME MY CHIN IS VERY VERY DARK THAN MY FACE. I JUST WANT TO KNOW IT IS DUE TO SUN OR ANY MEDICAL CONDITION IS RELATED WITH IT. AND IF IT IS BECAUSE SUN THAN WHY THIS PARTICULAR AREA IS VERY DARK. MY NECK IS ALSO VERY VERY DARK. (PHOTO ATTACHED) THANKS A LOT!!!
