Pigmentation can occur due to lot of reasons.sun expoexposure,hormonal imbalance,,high sugar levels and weight gain.under eye pigmentation can be hereditary,lack of sleep,stress,vit b 12 deficiency and increased screen time.a detailed history with clear pocpictures would be helpful.consult with me online ffor further treatment
