M 27 years old female ...having backache. Severe...knee joint pain...have history of hypothyroidism...my calcium level is 11.3 ... kindly guide me with the same... also have urethral calculi 5.2mm...urine routine has crystal in microscopic examination

Take plenty of water ,not less than 4-5 litres daily  Take Tablet Lasilactone daily early in the morning for about 10 days . Consult Endocrinologist for your thyroid problem.

Take tab lasix 40 mg half tab  daily for 5 days. Get vit D test & repeat calcium uric acid and CRP tests after one week.take plenty of liquid cosult with BP Reading and reports.

May be Calcium oxalate calculi. Check Ionised calcium, uric acid, CRP, Examination of centrifuged urine for calcum pyrophosphate crystals. Take Tab Chlorthalidone 6.25 mg OD for 10 days. Then take video consultation on Practo with reports.
