Hyper keratosis, Dermatit

Asked for Female, 38 Years

Having extreme skin dryness and unable to sweat, body is getting very hot rather sweating when exposed to hot sun. Skin biopsy done. Result shows hyper keratosis and superficial perivascular dermatitis. Plz let me know what type of medication can be followed. whether this can be curable/ manageable or not. Thank you!

You will have to avoid soaps and use cetaphil cleansing lotion instead. After bath apply moisturizers regularly. Sweating is healthy so just use Abzorb powder in the folds and area you sweat more.
