Ok u take Manasamitravataka one tab three times a day after food. Brahmi vati one three times a day after food. Ksheerabala101 cap one three times a day before food. Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and sprouts. Almonds walnuts,figs,raisins,black currants are good supplements. Milk milkproducts are healthy intakes. Millets ,unpolished rice are best options. Sleep atleast for six hrs at every night.leisurely. Walk,yoga,sports,exercise are good practices for health fitness.
