Hydronephrosis
My boyfriend who is now 23 had mild hydronephrosis when he was 4 years old with dilated collecting system (L more than R ) but no obstruction. I am scared. He never had any problems growing up and we did his kidney function test and urine tests that came back fine. I am so tensed if any problem would arise in his future? What precautions should we take?
