Hydronefrosis
I am 25 now. My left kidney is 85% inactive.and small modret hydronefrosis. Right kidney is fully active normal size and modern hydronephrosis seen through out last 6 years in several check up.in ultrasound. Dtp scan. Uria Creatine also normal. No protein in urine. 6 years ago post void urine is 180 ml. But now it is 60 ml. 60 ml post void is normal? Such hydronephrosis is harmful for my right kidney? No vur no blockage seen in right one.in MCU test 6 years ago.i got ultasound in every year.and uria creatinine for cheak up all are normal. Bt hydronephrosis is not reduce.it is constant from last 6 year.neithrer reduce nor increase.. Such hydronephrosis is normal for my right kidney in future? And 60 ml post void.?? I take dynapres 0.4.mg and listen 50 daily. As per my urologist. By bp 135/85.Please sir tell my prblem. and what can i do..give deteail..m

What you have may be voiding dysfunction resulting in bilateral hydronephrosis. You have to pass urine frequently and if it's incomplete, void again. It's essential to take the medication as now and to be in close follow up to preserve the function of right kidney. If the post void residual urine is high, then you may need intermittent catheterization as well
