I am suffering from severe HS in both axilla. It's been about 7 years now. Consulting a dermatologist as it was getting out of hand and affecting normal day to day life. Been taking prescribed medicines like iDeriva, dapsone, etc. and topical ointments such as clonate-f, cleargel for the last 4 months. Though it got better with the medicines, as soon as dose was reduced, it seems to be flaring up just as it was before start of treatment. Flare ups can get so bad and painful that simple movement of arms seems like a big task. I want to know if there is anything else that can reduce this permanently.
