White fluid discharge from the anus before passing stool is not considered normal, even if there are no other symptoms like pain or bleeding. This could be due to: Mucus discharge, often linked with conditions like: IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) Mild proctitis Anal gland irritation or minor infection Dietary changes or mild inflammation Since there’s no pain or bleeding, it may not be serious, but a proctology or gastro consult is recommended. Stool test and rectal exam may help rule out any concerns. For consultation, connect with me on Practo for video consultations. If this information helped you, kindly like it and share your feedback.
