i have pain in my balls when i shave by hair removal cream it is near 3 years it is look like small hole in my balls it is really painful and i don't know how to explain how it is it is better if i can send a close up photo thanks for answer

When you use hair removal cream, the hairs fall off from the surface, but some also get fallen off from their roots. the hole you are seeing is this empty follicle. If it is not oozing any fluid or pus, don't worry.
