  4. Hit in the balls. A sign of a problem?

Hit in the balls
A guy hit me in the groin area with his knees. There was immediate pain, but after few hours, it subsided. There wasn't blood in the urine or anything. However, one of my testicles is hanging lower than the other one. Is this a sign of a problem?
