Hurt by a wooden wardrobe and had a TT.

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I hit my ankle against a wooden wardrobe last Wednesday n got hurt.. Friday I found my foot to be swallow and consulated a doctor.! They gave me a TT and few medicine, and asked me to clean my wound daily and apply betadiene and cover it. Until today the skin around my wound is dark pink and swollen.. should I consult an another physician ?
