No need to test it , and it can’t be identified from the symptoms or features . Testing positive or negative for infection won’t give you any extra advantage.
Treat it as a tonsillitis - in your case it’s a follicular tonsillitis and may need antibiotics- you can consult if you wish with your symptoms .
No routine HPV vaccination is recommend at your in India .
