I Have Pain in throat and ear from 3 mon

I am suffering constant throat and ear pain from 3 month and cough in my throat I am very afraid because this symptoms is thyroid cancer symptoms I went 3 time ENT specialist but don't relief i am very serious now I don't what happened with me how digonise this problem plz tell me and can I do CT scan or MRI without anyone permission plz tell me or contact me plz

You can consult doctor , let them take proper history and examination . Then if they feel necessary they can advise further imaging with CT scan or Mri. All symptoms are not due to cancer. But it is better to evaluate further. If you want can consult in my opd .
