Huge Dark Circles

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I have dark circles from my 12-13 years although I didn't have any reason to get those from that time.I didn't use any phone at that time.Now I am 21 and it has grown to much.It's very dark and deep.Is there any way that I can remove it totally?And I also want to know why did I get those from such a young age although I had no phones,I had no genetics to get that and I slept pretty well.Pleass tell me the reason and how can I remove them now?
