Hsv or hpv ?
Hi, i lived in a hostel for 2 years in chennai. suddenly i got blisters on my upper lip. i googled and came to a conclusion that it might be hsv type 1. i consulted a doctor. she did not listen to what i was saying but just by seeing the blisters, she prescribed few medicines and an ointmemt which cured all my blisters. later i came to my hometown Hyderabad. i was affected with plantar wart (hpv) on my right leg. i consulted a doctor who was really good. ( prescribed zitcare, aceclo and salactin ) and wart is cured. recently 1 week back i stayed in a hotel for 5 days and I had my shower bare foot. now i am feeling pain and  itching in groin and tingling over the lips. i am also feeling weak. i am really confused whether a hsv or hpv has recurred to me. can i have precautionary medicines to avoid the outbreak ❓ whom can i contact ❓ dermatologist is ideal ❓ please suggest.

Itching in groin could be due to fungal infection. Tingling on lips could be herpes recurrence. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment
