HRCT Chest
Dear Sir/Madam Done RT-PCR Test for my mother-in-law and it is negative. In the HRCT Chest scan the CT severity is 11/25. Is it related to Covid? If it is covid , can we go for treatment in house it self or should we admit her in hospital? Spo2 saturation is  ~98. Please advise here. Thanks.

RtPCR is showing false negative reports as CTscan is evident of covid. Get CBC, CRP, D-dimer, Sugar checked. Check fever, SpO2, BP If all within normal limits without cough, breathlessness then it can be managed at home otherwise get her admitted to hospital
